BestMum is a sole Hong Kong distributor of an Australian brand Qiara Probiotics. BestMum aims to support and help mothers who are caring for their newborns through its products, namely the multi-award winning Qiara Pregnancy & Breastfeeding products.
BestMum expanded its footprint by selling on marketplace, but wants to build trust and communicate stories with its potential mother customers. It also needed to stand out in the competitive mother and baby-care industry.
